Suspension Service A rebuilt fork or shock will be under scrutiny the first few rides, if you have problems, or queries related to possible improvements or perhaps would like to share the experience either good or bad then email me..rick@krankin.co.nz   Although rare, problems that arise from a service related failure are rectified immediately upon receipt of the returned unit.   Queries and questions are interesting and most often the bike rider knows exactly what they want in terms of their preference to suspension performance, most modern suspension provides adequate adjustability or relatively simple upgrades to suit most riders body weight and riding style, and if that’s not enough then manipulating the internal valving and/or oil viscosity is an option. Experiences (good or bad) can be beneficial to a learning curve and occasionally raises issues not apparent before the suspension is serviced, in most cases a riders response is positive and every now and again I'll get an email from a rider absolutely fizzing that their suspension has never felt better. Besides all the techy bits and adjustability of modern suspension the most important component is the fluid inside the shock or fork, apart from the obvious lubrication suspension oil is a specifically designed substance that achieves more than just lubricating the internals of suspension unit.
