Parts Purchase

Use my e-mail to confirm availability and price of the particular parts you require or are interested in, if you are a first time customer of HSC you will be required to pay for your order before shipping.

When ordering you must supply your name and freight address, please remember your correct details are important for invoicing, shipping, and any warranty issues that may be applicable now or in the future.

 * With your first purchase or shock service from HSC the initial procedure is necessary for your credit rating, see accounts below.

 

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. We will contact you regarding unexpected delays or product changes.

 * Some items may take 2-3 days to source.

 

Shipping Charges

Orders will be shipped via courier service. 

 * General bike components have a fixed freight cost of $8.00 - $15.00 depending on size

 * Helmets $20.00

 * New suspension forks $25.00 North Island - $35.00 South Island

 * New rear shocks $10.00

 * Wheels $25.00 each/$40.00 pair

 

 

Suspension Service Shipping Charges

Returned Suspension units will be shipped via courier service.

 * Serviced suspension forks $25.00 North Island - $35.00 South Island

 * Serviced rear shocks $10.00

 

Warranties

All the parts and components have a manufacturers warranty. Any goods for possible warranty replacement must be returned to High Speed Cycles with proof of purchase for warranty assessment and inspection. Items covered under manufacturers warranty will be repaired or replaced.

 * Shipping and labour costs are not covered under any warranty.

 

Returns

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. The goods must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging.

 * Freight/Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders through the email are recorded, if you choose the wrong component through your own lack of research we will except returns, but you will be charged restocking fees and freight recovery if the return is sent back to NZ distributors for exchange, any freight/shipping costs involved will not be refunded and you will be charged freight costs for the correct item, please make sure your orders are correct.

 

 

Suspension Service

Use my e-mail to book your suspension unit in for a service, if you require modifications or a change from factory settings please inform me of this and the details of your requirements, your requests will be printed on the return invoice and recorded in your service account for future reference. Supply your return freight address please.

 * If you do have a problem with your fork or shock please send the unit back to HSC with a copy of your invoice, your equipment will be repaired at no cost, as long as the invoice details are correct and the initial problem with the suspension unit is a direct result from a failed service.

 

Accounts

Once you have established a credit rating ( normally based on a prompt payment from your first purchase ) you will be considered a regular customer of HSC, any future orders will be shipped to you with an invoice enclosed and payment expected on, or before the due date on the invoice.

 * If your payment is not recieved by the due date you will incur a 10% late payment fee calculated on the amount oweing, this information is printed on your invoice, please note the payment due date details on the invoice directly below the balance.

 

If unforseen circumstances delay your payment please contact me to discuss an extension of credit, and be aware that your account will still be charged late payment fees.

 

Note

This method of purchase and service can be time consuming but the objective is to supply parts and service with a personal approach on line, it gives you the opportunity to discuss options and utilize the guidance and/or information not normally available with the shopping basket method of purchase, as you become familiar you will find the system to your benefit, and trusted customers are acknowledged with the privilege of ordering parts and service and paying at a later date.

Dept Recovery

Overdue accounts that require debt recovery are handled by Baycorp, if an outstanding amount still oweing to HSC is not recovered and posted reminders are ignored by the customer for a period of three months the outstanding amount and other details will be forwarded to Baycorp.
